The Villa is ideal for those with young families who want to keep there children safe and amused whilst enjoying their family holiday. The Villa has 3 spacious bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, there are two double rooms which contain bunk beds and a single bed,whilst the master bedroom enjoys a double bed and en-suite facilities. The two remaining bedrooms share a large bathroom equipped with both bath and shower. There is a large open plan lounge with dining room and spacious kitchen with utility room. Outside is a 10 x 5 private pool with pleasant gardens and BBQ area, It also comes with secure off road parking. Other attractions include the lovely town of Denia which is a major ferry port and shopping centre, Why not catch one of the fast and frequent ferries to the Island of Morjca, Menorca, or Ibiza as well as regular sailings to the Canary Islands The busy and and popular resort of Benidorm is about a 30 minute drive away and the popular town of Calpe is just a 20 minute drive away. For the adventurous why not drive to the wonderful City of Valencia, just over 1 hours drive from the Villa stopping off on the way to visit some fabulous sandy beaches.
