All bedrooms have good wardrobe storage space & shuttered windows. CASITA: Bedrooms 1 and 2 are in the separate Casita overlooking the rear patio. Bedroom 1 with large, canopied bed has a sunny balcony overlooking the patio. Bedroom 2 is in the shade with 2 single beds.

MAIN HOUSE: Bedrooms 3-5 are in the main house, again all shuttered. Bedroom 3 has ensuite bathroom and private large patio for peaceful, sunny breakfasts! Bedroom 4 has Juliet balcony overlooking the other end of the patio with 3 single beds. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and is at the front of the house. Please note, there is also a double sofa bed in the upstairs sitting room for an additional 2 people if required. As bedrooms are large - beds can be rearranged to suit occupancy - and they are all comfortable! The occupancy of this house is very flexible (2-13 people); the main house is currently used as 2 bedroomed with 3rd as a study, the Casita being a separate unit is used for guests. The large, main en suite bathroom is marble tiled and the bath is bliss for bath lovers! It is the most comfortable free standing, cast iron bath with elegant claw feet, perfect for ultimate relaxation and there's room for two and with plenty of hot water to top up.The extra large shower with large sunflower head and separate hand held is also large enough for two! Although the main bathroom is en suite, there is direct access from the rest of the house without waking anyone up. Both showers are large sunflower type and water pressure is good. Both the main house and the Casita have 3 showers and there are 3 toilets so there will rarely be a queue......

Kitchen has kitchen refectory table which can seat 14, (usually just 3!) Separate dining room area seat 6, Casita has dining table with 6 chairs. There are also outside dining tables and chairs for alfresco eating.

The 'Garden' is the inner patio with the well, (covered), plants, trees and grapevine onto which most of the rooms face. The BBQ is actually a fully fitted outside kitchen. There is a large terrace off the first floor, and again via the spiral staricase on the top floor which houses the outdoor fully fitted kitchen for alfresco cooking and eating under the stars or under the sun shade in the summer!

Spiral staircase to the rooftop kitchen and covered terrace, with sofa, table, chairs, sun loungers & parasol. Middle terrace with table & 4 chairs off the master suite for sunny breakfasts.

Separate Casita has sitting room with 2 sofas and dining table with 6 chairs. Access is direct from the street on one level, however bedrooms & bathroom facilities are on the first floor so wheel chair access limited. The Casita kitchen, dining area and sitting room are on the ground floor better suited for the less able.

Good local tennis/paddle courts - 4 tennis rackets and balls provided.
