Situated high on the hill in Rafalet which is about 5km from Javea city centre & beaches. Immaculately presented with high-end designer furniture & fittings throughout. For those who need style and luxury on holiday, as well as space, you won't be disappointed.

The villa is bright and modern; the huge outside area is massively spacious and private. The layout is very open, with the dining area, as well as the kitchen and the second dining area all looking onto the pool and outdoor space. in cooler months the pool can be heated for a small charge. Both dining areas open out directly to the pool area and the Naya with the comfy sofas is right in front of the pool. This makes it very sociable and convenient. Great for families as the kids will always be in view if they are playing outside.
A flat screen TV & DVD is provided in each of the 2 living rooms and a PC downstairs. Broadband internet can be provided for a small charge
This villa is an absolute gem if you require real luxury and privacy on holiday. A refreshing change from all the 'old style' villas you have been looking at with old fashioned interiors and furniture.

necessary This part of Spain benefits from a wide selection of budget flights from all over the UK and Ireland. It is well served by Ryanair, EasyJet, Jet2 etc. You can fly into Alicante (60 mins). Valencia is one hour up the coast. You could also fly into Murcia which is a 2 hour drive. It is easy to hire a car and drive from the airport and you would want to hold onto the car for access to the villa and to explore surrounding areas. |
