All bedrooms have air conditioning, the upstairs lounge has a large veranda overlooking the great sea view and ideally suited for relaxing or socialising.The property boasts a rooftop garden and secluded breakfast area.The Holiday home is full internet access. If required meals and car hire can be provided at an extra cost.
This beautiful recently constructed ideally located four bedroom property is less than 10 minutes from Ocho Rios town centre, Dunns River, Dolphin Cove and Mystic Mountain. The sandy James Bond and Reggae Beach are just less than 50m away, activities nearby include water sports, horse riding and boat trips. The holiday home is also only a 10 minute drive to some great entertainment in Ocho Rios town such as Fisherman Beach & Ruins restaurants, The great Margaritaville, Island Village, Ocean 11 karaoke club, and Amenisia Rooftop night club.

Great Place to stay
It was a very pleasant stay for me and the family over the Christmas - it is a very clean and comfortable home. It was also very local to key amenities such as the beach, eateries and a short taxi ride to the main town for a wider selection. The rooms are large and well decorated, the two lounges are well suited for large families or groups. Highly recommended place to stay whilst enjoying the joys of jamaica.
Relaxing homely feel - ticks all the boxes
I stayed at this holiday home for two weeks in August 2010 and found it to have the most comfortable feel to it. It is beautifully designed and the layout will suit all groups, with privacy in bedrooms but large open plan lounge for socialising, massive size kitchen and dining area made eating with the family much more enjoyable - much better than sitting at the small tables in hotel restaurents!!.The rooms were very spacious and very clean, i am very fussy with hygience and found that the property was cleaned to the hightest standard when we we arrived.The housekeeper did a good job of cleaning up after my two messy children and we also requested the extra service of having two evening meals, which made a change to eat on nice quiet verandah overlooking the great view. We found it was located in nice area,and so close to travel to local beach and shops less than 5 minutes away. The owner was very friendly when we were making arrangements and really open to answer my numerous questions as it was my first time in Jamaica. I am going back next year for a family wedding in Jamaica and will be definately be booking another stay there.
Very pleased with the Holiday house
Nice house, in excellent location with easy access to beaches and sightseeing. Decorated really well and in good condition. It made our first stay in summer 2011 to Ochio Rios that much more enjoyable. I stayed there with immediate family and a couple of friends but the house is well suited for all types of holiday makers such as families and groups. It was definately good value for such a high quality holiday house - you wont be disappointed.
