There is the most beautiful beach within 5 minutes with many activities. i.e. Jet skiing, Scubber diving and a whole lot more. There is also horse riding facilities within 5 minutes of the villa. This studio has the latest fixures and fittings i.e. Top of the range shower unit and changing room, flat Screen TV full cable package, large fridge freezer, mirco wave, washing machine, dryer, Iron and board and air conditioning all the things that you need to make your vacation enjoyable. There is also a great nightlife within the area with clubs like Amnesia, Just Chairs, Margeriterville, Shades and Priory beach has an event and dance.
Jamaican, St Ann's, northcoast, beauty is situated in the fabulous Mamme Bay Estate, in the villa by athe name of Patiently Waiting only minutes away from the most fabulous sandy beach. There are local shops and a bars near by There is also a great nightlife within the area with clubs like The Irish Public Bar, Amnesia, Just Chairs, Margeriterville, Shades and Priory beach has an event and dance every Sunday.
Value for money top of the range fixtures: This Mamme Bay property which has just come onto the rental market it is affordable well secured and in one of the best locations on the island if there is 4 people this is an unbeatable price for the area and accomodation type plus top of the range fixtures. This studio apartment has been updated and renovated in Sept 2009. the work included installation of a brand new air con system, the constuction of our shower cabin where we have brought one the of the top of the range shower enclosed unit and built an ensuite changing cabin to make this shower ensuite, we have a separate WC & basin ensuite. There is use of a well maintained pool and a fabulous beach within 5 mins walking distance, the studio is in one of the most prestigous estates on the North Coast and situated in the most beautiful villas on the estate Patiently Waiting. Tired of the all inclusive where they charge you per person per night, why not take care of yourself,family and friends at a fraction of the price.
Amazing Location: This self catering beauty enables you to choose weather you wish to cook your own food, order a takeaway or eat out which can be a cheap option as the resturants in general are not expensive. There is also an Irish pub which serves food and a jerk center where they serve jerk chicken, pork and fish within half a mile from Mamme Bay Estate where the studio apartment is situated. Children must be with an adult when entering the swimming pool There is also a sandy beach resturant and bar 3 minutes away from the villa. We also have a top of the range fridge freezer and mircowave oven to enable you to manage your own food and drinks. Our housekeeper or caretaker will advise you on all your options including full catering which is around 5 to 10 GBP per day or car hire which is around 30 GBP per day or taxi service. Full Cable TV package and Sony Hi Fi System: We have the full cable TV package which is unavailable at other villas or hotels without an extra cost. Our guests can view more than 100 stations many of them from the USA, plently of movies, news and sports We advise caution with children as there are adult stations available. There is also a Sony Music System to cater for those music lovers. Don't restrict yourself in a small chramped rental or a boring and expensive all enclusive hotel, enjoy the real Jamaica in the right envoironment with people who care and who will look after you and your parties needs, just ask our house manager Denton Cunningham and he will take care of it. We also hold weddings and receptions upon request arrange car hire and taxi service, cook at around 5 to 10 GBP per day and much more Jamaica no problem

Fantastic Jamaican Studio Apartment. Located just 3 minutes away from one of the best beaches on the north coast of Jamaica. This studio is big, spacious modern clean and has two double beds and is at a rate that is unbeatable by our competitors in 4 areas location, class, facilities and price. This studio has ensuite bathroom with the latest high quality shower unit it is also set in a paneled wood changing room, there is also a separate washbasin and toilet room. There is also a King size fridge freezer to keep all your drinks cold and you are able to cook your own food or use the mircowave to warm up whatever you had brought earlier or even request at a cost for a meal to be cooked for you? We have a cable TV with over 60 stations for every taste with a flat screen TV for the upmost viewing enjoyment. This studio can sleep up to up to 4 people comfortably and is perfect for those who like high standards for a reasonable price . |

Girls getaway
My Co-worker and I stayed at the patiently waiting studio in march 2010 for a week.
On arrival we were greeted by Denton the caretaker who was more then happy to attend to anything we wanted, and man what an excellent cook he is. The description of the place was accurate except for the fact that the tennis court was taking down. The room was very clean and well kept all the amenities mentioned were there and running well. The location is great as the beach was minutes away by foot …..the pool was clean and well kept and the place is very private as its in a secured gated community. The Owner Alvin was very nice he even called to see if we were satisfied and if all was ok.. The beach has almost all the activities and the place is not far from Ochio Rios where there’s many things to do. We will for sure be returning ……..thanks Alvin and Denton for making our stay unforgettable. well for sure be seeing you again soon
Patiently waiting
We stayed here for a week, the room was of a good size and the care taker was very helpfull. The room was cleaned every other day, and we were fully equipped with cable tv and a good quality stereo system. There is also a chef on sight who can cook for you if requested.
The location: The villa is also minutes away from a beautiful beach and a taxi drive away from many others. The local town is only ten minutes away and has many shops and restaurants. Overall this villa is very reasonable and conveinient for a sun sand and sea holiday.
Great Deal
We stayed here for 1 week fine the place was very clean and well maintained, the cook was very friendly and cooked whatever we wanted she even would go shopping for the ingredients all we had to do was give her the money. She made us some very spicy, but delicious Jamaican dishes. It was lovely to come home everyday from an activity to a cooked meal on the stove. The destination was great just 10-15 min away from Dunn River and Town Shopping area, where you can get everything you need. We got a great deal on price for the time of year we wanted to stay. I would recommend this villa to a friend.
