* There is a booking fee charge of € 10 per person Euros, to cover bed linen, cleaning and utilities including use of air con in all rooms. Full use of the complex facilities also included.

Towels are included now, plus we have a meet and greet sevice to settle you into our apartment, taking the stress of finding the apartment away in a foreign country. We have available a travel cot which can be hired at €25 per week/stay..

* Terms-- 30% with booking confirmation, balance to be paid 45 days before occupation. all breakages to be paid for.

* Bedroom 3 has a good quality double sofa bed, situated in the dining lounge room.

* Linen & Towels are supplied and included in the price, Travel cot can be hired at Euros 25 per week. The complex also provides a launderette with washing machines and tumble dryers.
