The three large modish and fully air-conditioned bedrooms can lodge six persons comfortably. The master bedroom is furnished with coffee table, chair and sofa. The sliding door goes through the veranda with a refreshing country side view. The fully fitted kitchen can cater all cooking needs for alfresco dining.
The apartment is very ideal for family holidays because it is close to Splash and Fun Water Park, children play ground and warm, sunny beaches. Also, it is within easy reach to stores and shops. Also, the property gives a fantasic location to explore and discover the beautiful island of Malta and neighboring Gozo.
The Island of Malta Region has a sunny and warm climate through the year. Orchard place is well presented through out and furnished to a high standard. Madliena is centrally located near all the main tourist attractions like Mediterraneo dolphin park, Valletta and the beaches to the north at Mellieha and Golden sands. The whole island is fairly compact and any where is reasonably reached within half an hour drive!
The village of Gharghur offers plenty of shops with butchers, newsagents, general stores and there is also a large supermarket just 3-minute drive away on the edge of Naxxar.
