It's distinctly nautical theme and secure garden make it the perfect base for a traditional seaside holiday. With a cozy wood burning stove, the open plan living area has sliding glass patio doors opening out onto a large deck and garden area.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has glorious uninterrupted views across the Moray Firth to the Black Isle and beyond. Outside, the deck area has a gas BBQ and its own furniture to help enjoy those relaxing summer evenings.
Accommodation
Ground Floor - Sun lounge with dining table sitting eight and sofa that folds down into double bed; kitchen with fan oven, four-ring hob, microwave, fridge and freezer; bathroom with under floor heating, shower, w/c, whb and heated towel rail; open plan lounge with wood burning stove, TV with DVD and video player, stereo with CD player.
First Floor - Bedroom one, double bed; Bedroom two, double bed and two single beds.
All linen is provided. Firewood, coal and kindlers provided based on average use. Pets welcome. Dog bowls provided. There is an off road parking. It is a non-smoking property.
We also provide the following for young families: Travel cot, baby bath, stair gates at the top and bottom, changing mat, large sterilizing container for bottles, play mat, high chair, a variety of plastic crockery, cups and cutlery, potty and a small variety of toys for younger children.
A bedside-guard and a three-wheeler pram are available on request at no additional charge.
There is a large fireguard surrounding the wood burner.
