Description

Ground floor two bed apartment located in Esplanada Residence in the most sought after beach front location in Hurghada. The apartment has sea views and is approximately twenty meters to the beach and just ten minutes from the Airport, it also overlooks large green oasis and surrounding palm trees. The resort is at beach front with its own shared large swimming pool and separate small pool for kids under the age of five. Resort residents have full use of the sun loungers. In addition there is gym facility available.

Adjacent to the resort you will find one of the largest closed shopping centers in Hurghada (Esplanada Mall). The resort is located on Village Road, which has endless shops, restaurants, internet cafes, bars and great night-life.

There are numerous internet café's are available just outside the resort to provide internet and Wi-Fi access as well.

Hurghada is divided into three parts, Downtown 'El Dahar' and 'Sakkala' is the oldest parts and 'El Korra way' (Referred to as 'Village Road' or 'Resorts way') is the most modern part and is located in the Touristic Center. The Touristic Center is where Hurghada comes alive, it stretches for about five kilometer with top five star hotels, shops, cafes, restaurants such as the Fish House and the Little Budda, Hard Rock Cafe lining both side of the promenade. Many restaurants, bars, shops, small pubs and Internet cafes are available all over the Hurghada. Every food taste from McDonalds to Japanese Gourmet food is available. The popular Sindbad hotel houses one of the most popular Aqua Parks directly next to Esplanada Resort and Mall. On arrival the apartment will have been cleaned. - Internet access is available from various internet cafe (directly behind the resort) offering internet & Wi Fi access as well. Whilst children are welcome & ground floor is convenience for wheelchair, the apartment has not been made 'child proof' or especially designed to accommodate disabled, Parents should be aware that the pool is unsupervised and children and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
