A spacious luxury ground floor, air conditioned apartment with WiFi access,set within a gated complex with 24-hour security in a quiet area and has a shared swimming pool.700 meters to beach. Bed linen and towels are provided. A travel cot and baby buggy with parasol can be provided at no extra charge. The living room has seating for 6 people and there is a dining table and 6 chairs should you wish to eat in. There are 2 tables, a further 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers and a Barbecue on the patio.
There is a satellite TV and DVD player.The DVD player plays CDs and MP3s. A safe is provided Free of charge. This is a non-smoking apartment and we ask our clients who wish to smoke to smoke on the patio and not in the apartment. FREE Hurghada Airport transfers.Wheelchair ramp available
This beautiful air-conditioned self catering apartment is in a quiet location in Hurghada on the Red sea riviera and furnished to high standards with WiFi access. Situated approximately 700 meters from the beach and shopping area where many restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes can be found. Eating out is inexpensive. Taxis and local buses stop nearby. They are abundant and very cheap. Sekala the older part of Hurghada is a short 5 minute bus journey. Activities include World-class scuba diving, snorkeling, kite boarding and desert safaris. An 18 hole USPGA golf course is located at El Gouna about 20km away. You can also visit Luxor, the Valley of the Kings, Temples of Luxor and Karnac, the Colossus of Memnon and take a trip to Cairo and the Pyramids art Giza.All this can be arranged for you by our friend who will meet you at the airport to take you to our apartment. Free transfer from Hurghada airport is provided. Free power and water (normal usage).

Additional information about rental rates
Before any discounts the price of £450 is for occupancy of the apartment by upto 6 people. There is an extra charge of £50 per person for up to 2 more people and we give a discount of £100 for single or double occupancy( i.e £350 per week for 1 or 2 people) . FREE Collection from and return to Hurghada airport is included. Water and power are also included (normal usage) Weekly linen change and cleaning service is provided We also provide one beach towel per person.
You may pay by credit or debit card or by personal cheque (in GBPounds only).
To confirm your booking please send a deposit of 25% with the balance due 8 weeks before departure For bookings within 8 weeks of departure we require full payment A refundable security deposit of £250 is required with the final payment in case of damage or excessive usage of utilities. This is refunded 14 days after your return from holiday less any charge for any loss, breakages or damage. Email me for copy of full terms and conditions.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date and you will lose any deposit already paid. LIABILITY. We cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage, changes or cancellations caused by major coups (i.e. strikes, floods, fire, closure of airports,earthquakes, terrorist attacks, political unrest, war or the threat of war, industrial disputes, technical difficulties, weather conditions) or any other events beyond our control. The apartment complex is wheelchair accessible by a small built in ramp, and we have a ramp to negotiate the 3 steps up to the apartment. We have no objection to the elderly or infirm using our apartment it is up to you to decide whether it would be suitable. There are 2 grab rails in the ensuite bathroom and a raised toilet seat and a shower stool but otherwise there are no special aids within the apartment. There is a hair-dryer in each bedroom, iron and an ironing board. This is a non-smoking apartment except on the terrace. A travel cot,baby buggy,high chair are provided at no extra charge. The baby buggy has a detachable parasol. Bedding for the travel cot is NOT provided. Whilst children are welcome, the apartment has not been made 'child proof'. The pool is unsupervised. LIABILITY. During your stay we do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused.
