The ground floor apartment and its furnishings are brand new. Real marble floors, hot and cold air conditioning, a large outside terrace and private grassed areas solely for use of our guests. The apartment sits in its own private complex with private parking, large swimming pool and gym facilities. A children's play area and gated access mean it is a great place for children and the apartment itself with state of the art fixtures and fittings/air conditioning is also a great place to spend a holiday. 5-10 minutes from Ayamonte Town centre and five minutes further to the fantastic Atlantic coastline confirms that the apartment is ideally situated to take advantage of both stunning natural and man made attractions.
Costa Esuri is an amazing new golf resort in Spain. It is located in that part of traditional Spain that those in the know would describe as 'undiscovered and unspoilt'. The Sea and Sun development sits within the Costa Esuri resort. It nestles in the low hills just north of Ayamonte and just over the border from Portugal. It is geographically part of the Algarve which is famed for its fantastic golf courses. The courses at Costa Esuri are no exception. From most of the apartments and townhouses at the resort you will have spectacular views across the River Guadiana, which forms the border between Portugal and Spain, and into Portugal itself. If you get bored with the Esuri golf courses there are two more only a five minute drive away, Isla Canela in Spain and Castro Marim in Portugal, and 20 more within an hour's drive. Why play golf in one country when you can play in two!

Golf and natural attractions: Outdoor fans and nature lovers will enjoy a stay in Ayamonte. In addition to the beaches of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral, there are also other beautiful spots nearby. Isla Canela is not only the name of one of the beaches but also the area in which magnificent swamps can be found. It is an ideal place to go bird watching as a wide range of different species can be seen. All in all there is something for everyone except the traditional beer swilling 'lager lout'. Isla Canela beach is ten minutes by car from thwe apartment and is a truly magnificent beach, Flat, wide, clean,with wonderful beach bars dotted along it. Stunning !! Golfing holidays are very popular in both the Spanish and Portuguese Algarve and there are numerous golf courses along the coast and two brand new courses surrounding our apartment on Costa Esuri. The area offers sunshine and comfortable temperatures all year round and is sure to be a hit with golfers young, old ,novice and expert alike.
