Description
This is a private detached villa with large grounds. A south facing terrace overlooks the nine meter luxury pool with a beautiful established garden and surrounded by an orange grove. It is located in an area of luxury detached Spanish houses, on the outskirts of Isla Cristina. The sea can just be seen from the property. A ten minute drive to a choice of excellent beaches. Ideally placed to visit all local towns, including Seville. Portugal is very close twenty minutes. Shopping, markets, restaurants are all within easy reach. There is a choice of golf courses nearby and many sporting activities. The villa has spacious accommodation with a particularly large lounge and modern well equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two double; one family room with two full sized bunk beds. Can comfortably sleep eight guests with 2 bathrooms. The property has some air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating and an open fire, making it perfect for all seasons. Perfect for peace, quiet and relaxation.
Fly to Faro about forty minutes away or Seville about one hour. There are three bedrooms, sleeping up to eight people. The two bathrooms both have showers. All the bedrooms have plenty of hanging and drawer space. The large living room has a dining area for eight people and leather sofas and chairs for nine. There is a music centre, DVD, large TV with free view satellite. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, with an adjacent utility. The outdoor terraces (which are non slip) are very spacious with comfortable cushioned garden furniture there are four sun beds four sun loungers and various outdoor tables and chairs. There are two umbrellas and a barbecue. There is also a tennis table. There is plenty of shade available all day, if required. There is a small library of books and games. Locally there is a football pitch for the children, with basketball. There is also a small children park nearby.
