This stunning house boasts a luxurious Master Suite with dressing room, spacious marble bathroom, and decadent outside bath and shower. 4 large double bedrooms all with spacious en suites are located on the ground floor and open onto the infinity pool with spa. A fabulous BBQ Sala situated over the Koi pond with more than 150 Koi in which borders the pool, a lovely place to relax in the shade, eat, or just simply watch the fish swim by. The sixth double bedroom which has an en suite wet room is on the first floor.
All bedrooms, TV room, lounge, kitchen/diner are air conditioned. All fresco dining areas have fans. All doors and windows open in living areas and bedrooms to enjoy the cool breezes. All doors/windows are tinted and fitted with insect nets. The master suite looks down onto the pool and surrounding garden, & the other 4 bedroom open out onto the poolside.The BBQ Sala is situated over the Koi pond & has a gas BBQ (gas is supplied), along with a bar area and seating for 14 around the table. You look out to the beautiful 12 meter infinity edged pool and huge swinging bed which can also be used for massage's which can be arranged by the owners. There are numerous hammocks dotted around the tranquil garden under the shade of the trees for a little siesta. Space is not an issue in this wonderful, luxurious Thai villa. Our Thai/English speaking manager will take care of all your needs during your retreat at Icandi Hideaway.
There is an infinity edge swimming pool with spa area and 7 sunbeds. Chill out furniture are on the terraces, with a swinging bed. Dining areas are in the BBQ Sala, balcony, and kitchen/diner. Housekeeping and laundry are provided for villa’s linen and towels. Discover your favourite part of this uniquely designed two-acre lush exotic garden. The property is secure and has a remote-controlled electric gate with a visitor buzzer and camera in the villa. The whole villa and gardens are alarmed, the perimeter having sensor beams throughout.
Sandy beaches are 1km away and just a few minutes drive. The sea is warm, clean, and safe for swimming. For the energetic, a climb up Khao Kalok in the early morning is well worth the effort as it is just on the beach. A guide can be arranged and is advised as this climb is suitable only for people without health problems. There are lots of local beachside restaurants for a nice evening meal or an evening drink. The fishing fleet gather in the next beach along, 1.5km from the villa.
The nearest is the newest course, Banyan Golf Club, 30 minutes drive. Designed by Pirapon Namatra, it’s a lovely course with views of Sleeping Lion Island from the 9th and 13th greens. Palm Hills Golf Course is a 40 minute drive just outside Hua Hin town. Designed by Max Wexler, this course opened in 1991. It has two distinct nine-hole sections and is designed around lakes and escarpments. It also has a driving range, chipping, and putting greens. Black Mountain Golf Course was designed by Phil Ryan and opened in 2007. Natural creeks run throughout the course and it overlooks the Black Mountain range. Imperial Lake View was designed by Roger Packard and opened in 1993. Built in an area originally known for pineapple production, there are thousands of palms and native trees on the undulating hills throughout this course. Springfield Royal Country Club and Golf Course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and is considered one of the finest in Thailand. It hosted the 2000 Thailand Open, 90 minute drive.
The nearest airport is Suvarnambumi in Bangkok and is a three-hour drive from Icandi. Taxis, minibuses, or limousines can be arranged to meet you at the airport if required, please let us know. For those who want adventure, a train goes from Bangkok to Hua Hin daily and buses also run regularly to Pranburi town. If help with transport is needed, the house manager will be happy to arrange meet and greet.
Hua Hin, 30 minutes drive, is the largest city from the villa, ideal for shopping, markets, restaurants, banks. Pranburi, 15 minutes drive, has supermarket, market, banks, restaurants. Paknampran, 10 minutes drive, has market, bank, restaurants. They can all be visited for food shopping and local markets.
For nature lovers, Sam Roi Yot National Park in the Gulf of Thailand is a 15-minute drive from Icandi. High steep limestone wooded mountains are adjacent to coastal marshes and beaches – a fabulous place to explore in the car, on foot, or by boat. Kui Biri National Park is just 45 minutes drive. Wildlife is abundant in the park; there are elephant, guar, malya tapir, wild pig, serow, gibbon, macaque, langur sambar deer, bear, barking deer, banteng, and lesser mouse deer. National Park Huai Yang is 1 hour half hours drive. The National in the District Thap Sakae has numerous beautiful waterfalls within it.

Stunning Holiday Villa in Thailand
The stay was everything that you could possibly expect. Luxury and comfort in every room. I stayed with two friends at Icandi - Hideaway. We all had large double rooms with all the modern technology and high quality facilities you could possibly need. Our rooms opened on to a very large spacious pool and sun bathing area with large outside eating area. Ideal for a family holiday or with a large group of friends.

A truely magnificent retreat that cannot be beaten
My wife and I spent a two week holiday at Icandi and in truth we just didn't want to leave. The pictures just do not do the property the justice when you see it inthe flesh. Everything you read is as it really is, clean, state of the art, spacious is an understatement, lost to do or if (like us) you just wanted a relaxing chill out holiday then you would find it hard to rival the experience. My wife and I also spend a few days on the Island (Koh Tao) which was fantastic, but we couldn't wait to get back to the splendors and level of luxury which Icandi provided. Will never forget our wonderful experience and cannot wait to book again.
Great place to relax and enjoy the Thai life
Arriving is like coming to an Oasis after a long journey. The house is surrounded by gardens full of fragrance. The rooms are spacious with everything on tap. A great pool for cooling off after a hot day with a well stocked refrigerator to cool the rest of the body. Close by is the sea and a lovely breeze all day to keep you cool. Plenty of restaurants within reach and interesting walks for the evening. A paradise in paradise!

We spent our honeymoon in this wonderful villa and it was the best decision we took!
Spacious and luxurious rooms - a beautiful garden with rare flowers everywhere, hammock, wood tables, etc..
The pool-area is a dream, you can hear high-level music in each corners...
This is the perfect house for a romantic holiday or a group of friends -also with kids.
In 5 minutes you can reach the beach where you can get a massage or a delicious traditional meal or you can watch the fishermen coming back...
Thank you again to the house manager and the owner for allowing us to experience this fantastic honeymoon.

Luxurious, relaxing and extreemly comfortable
We have just returned from a very relaxing two week holiday at Icandi Hideaway. It is the perfect place for a quiet "get away from it all" type of holiday. The villa is of an exceptional standard and is set in the most amazing gardens with an abundance of orchids and various other exotic plants. The views of the "Burma Hills" and the "Sunsets" are breathtaking. The Villa is luxuriously equipped with everything you could possibly want from the extremely comfortable beds to the large and very welcoming pool, which are all kept beautifully clean and well maintained by the very friendly and unobtrusive staff. A visit to the National Park to see the elephants is a must, as is a visit to the nearby city of Hua Hin to shop in the night market and sample the local cuisine. If you are looking for a very relaxing holiday in luxurious surroundings then this is the place for you.
The way 'to holiday'
A wonderful family holiday. The house was fabulous for relaxing and much fun was had with the children playing in the pool and around the house and beautiful gardens. Outside the house were great adventures up the mountains, around the caves, elephant watching, boat trips, the beaches and the colourful markets.
Every aspect of our holiday was everything we were hoping for and more.
