The Farm House has its own large garden and hot tub and parking for up to 3 cars and the accommodation comprises 5 double bedrooms, (one downstairs) a very large lounge, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, study with Wi-Fi broadband and a conservatory. There is also a connecting 3 bedroom annex, Oaktree Cottage which provides a further 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/diner and lounge and can be occupied separately or together. There are also a number of shared facilities, including four well stocked fishing lakes, a tennis court (not suitable for competition play) a play barn, sauna, small gym and spa. There is also stabling available and in close proximity, there is an equestrian centre, fly fishing lake, gliding and sky diving.
South Farm is located on the edge of the Blackdown Hill Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in beautiful East Devon between the villages of Sheldon and Blackborough and 8 miles to the north of Honiton. It is situated in a tranquil rural location but is still only 15 miles from Exeter Airport and 8 miles from the main line railway station at Honiton. The M5 Junction at Cullumpton is only 10 miles way and the A303 and A35 nearest junctions are about 7 miles away. The nearest beech is at Sidmouth on the World Heritage Jurrasic coastline , circa 30 minutes drive away. For the golfers, South Farm is centrally located to access some of the best courses in the UK on both the South and North coasts of Devon, such as Westwood Ho, Saunton and Budleigh Salterton, all within one hours drive.
