Description
This cottage annexe is set in 4 acres of fields, down a peaceful single track lane, with off road parking. It is ideal for exploring the countryside of along country lanes - yet convenient to the M5 and A30 so the rest of Devon, Somerset and the Jurassic coast are all in easy reach.
There are steps to the property, and stairs within, so we are sorry but it is not suitable for people who find stairs difficult.
There are fields attached to the property, ideal for exercising the dog. Visitors can enjoy the gardens, there are tables and chairs and a barbecue, so you can sit and enjoy watching the birds, deer and the beautiful view.
The beaches of the south coast, Exmouth, SIdmouth and Lyme bay and the Jurassic coast are thirty minutes drive away. The north coast beaches of Somerset and Devon within an hour. There are many National trust properties locally and beautiful gardens.
There are several golf courses in the area and a golf school locally.
