A new 2 bedroom Apartment in an excellent location within a small development with Westerly views of the sea. Situated on the ground floor amidst a lovely landscaped garden. Only 5 minutes walk from nearby Tropicana Beach and 10 mins drive from Mullins or Gibbs Beaches. Water Sports are available at Mullins Beach, sun beds and beach bar. Swimming with turtles, Sailing and Diving all available nearby. Excellent Restaurants and good shopping facilities are only 10 mins drive away in Holetown. The apartment is newly furnished with quality furniture and furnishings and the living area is large with a very comfortable sofa bed. The living area leads to the patio which has a large glass dining table, floodlit plunge pool and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Other facilities include satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, Wi-Fi Internet access and a security safe.

The nearby Tropicana beach is 5 minutes walk away from the Apartment. Mullins and Gibbes beaches are 5/6 mins away by car. The sea is very warm and the waves are generally calm on this the preferred West Coast of the island. Water sports, snorkelling and diving are available at nearby beaches.

Golf is available from a selection of nearby golf courses including Royal Westmorland, Sandy Lane, Apes Hill, Rockley and Barbados Golf Club.

Water Skiing available at Mullins beach 10 mins away.

A small convenience store is nearby and there is a large supermarket in Holetown where there is an excellent choice of restaurants and where medical facilities are available.

Car hire, babysitting and excursions can be arranged and transport from the airport if required. A welcome breakfast pack can be provided if requested.
