Villa Bruadair is located in the parish of St James which is on the exclusive platinum west coast of Barbados! A luxury self-catering villa with all the trimmings a three bed both with their own entrances and pool. The villa is perfect as a wedding venue, it can cater for up to forty guests of which up to fourteen plus two guests can stay and enjoy the wonderful peace and tranquility, whilst being only a short distance from the beach and bars.
There are seven bedrooms, five with walk in wardrobes, eight bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, large family lounge, two internal dining areas, two laundry rooms, media room, two covered entertainment terraces, bar, two swimming pools and pool decks, dining/entertainment gazebo. The gazebo also is used as a wedding gazebo.
This wonderful villa, built within beautiful tropical surroundings on old plantation land (Lascelles). Because of its unspoiled location you will be amazed to experience monkeys in their natural habitat almost every day, many visitors to Barbados travel all around the Island on the chance that they may glimpse a monkey! But that's not all, we are within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping - what more could anyone wish for?

NOTE: Booking Conditions: Before booking, please read our terms and conditions below. By making a booking through the owners you are accepting on behalf of you and your party these terms and conditions.
On making a booking a deposit of 25% must be paid. The balance must be paid at least 10 weeks prior to your departure date.
When booking within ten weeks you are required to pay the full amount in advance. Payment may be made by bank transfer or cheque. We will email/fax you the bank details when needed.
If you have special needs, cots (linen not provided) high chairs, please let us know when making your initial enquiry.
Your holiday accommodation can generally be accessed from 16:00 hours onwards. Please vacate the property at 12:00 hours on your day of departure.
If you cancel your holiday accommodation, we will require written confirmation as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which we receive written confirmation.
Bed linen is changed alternate days and toweling daily, if necessary, except Sundays. Please do not use towels provided at the villa for the beach or pool area. Beach towels are provided.
In the unlikely event that we have to make any changes to your holiday accommodation, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will offer a suitable alternative or full refund.
