Description

Large one bedroom apartment with comfortable divan beds. Situated on the third floor of this popular apartment complex, set within well landscaped gardens with a 24m shared swimming pool. Launderette, Internet wifi restaurant and bar. Short stroll to beaches, village amenities, golf, tennis, watersports, and regular public transport.

The apartment has a private sun terrace with two, two seater sofas for some serious sunbathing and it is so relaxing to enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy a beautiful evening sunset.

We are situated in the prestigious parish of St.James on the South West Coast of this

Magical Island. Take a trip to the East Coast for rugged scenery on the Atlantic ocean

Visit Harrison’s Cave, or Sugar Plantations.

Separate fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, grill, microwave, toaster, slow cooker and full sized fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board. The living area is comfortably furnished and comprises a lounge with dining area, cable tv, cd player, dvd, radio. Patio doors from lounge to private sun terrace which has sea views and 2 comfortable day beds. Air-conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms.
