Description
From the top of the hill a bird's eye view of the Caribbean sea. The Villa is arranged on two floors: a large open plan area on the ground floor with Kitchen, lounge,diner, cloakroom and laundry room . Three large air conditioned bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. swimming pool, gardens and covered patio ideal for " al fresco dining ". The Villa is safe and secure. Enclosed in beautiful gardens, walled and gated with remote controlled gates. The are 2 parking spaces inside the gates allocated to the Villa.
On the open plan ground floor, the kitchen is in white lacquer, modern, and offers all needed appliances. There is a breakfast bar which separates it from the Dining area. The Dining area has a extendible table for eight guests, rattan and carved wood Mexican chairs. The lounge offers a three seater large sofa, and a typically Caribbean rattan set, with two seater sofa and two armchairs all covered with Designer Guild fabrics in Blue/White/coral colours. There are two coffee tables. Table fan, ceiling fans. TV, Stereo System, DVD player and Library. two large French doors open onto the covered patio, where guests can seat, relax, have dinner or barbecues. On the ground floor there are also a cloakroom and a laundry room with washing machine and drier, ironing facilities and washing sink.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom with e-suite bathroom, with bath tub and shower over, a useful double basin unit. The bathrooms are fitted with air dryers. The Master bedroom comprises of a queen size bed and single bed. Double wardrobe, drawers. Remote controlled Air conditioning system and ceiling fan.
The second bedroom has also a queen size bed, wardrobe, drawers, mirror, and a beautiful chaise loungue. Air conditioning system.
The third bedroom has two American size twin beds, a pretty rattan sofa, wardrobe, chest and mirror. Air conditioning and ceiling fan.
A family bathroom with bath and shower over.
Two security deposit safe boxes are available and also a large size cot.
The bedrooms can accommodate in total 7 adults and one child.
The patio at the back of the property is very secluded and ideal for BBQs.
The pool is shared with 3 other Villas but it's fairly large and offers table, chairs, loungers and is conveniently located close to the garden and just outside the front door, so that children can be seen by parents from inside the property.
Disable people must be able to negotiate the stairs to the first floor.
