Our concierge service is designed to ensure that every moment of your stay is spent relaxing and enjoying time with your partner, family, friends or indeed, some precious time alone!!

To ensure that we can accommodate your every whim or fancy, we do recommend that you pre-book services in plenty of time to avoid disappointment, but we will always do our very best to accommodate last minute requests.

For your arrival
Surprise your ‘someone special’ with a fridge packed with mouth-watering local food, hand – picked from our unique ‘Flavours of Herefordshire’ menu or a bottle of your favourite bubbly. If you prefer to arrive to a fresh bouquet of your favourite blooms, a huge box of luxury chocolates or some deliciously fragrant candles to set the mood, these can be arranged upon request.

During your stay
Visiting therapists offer a tempting range of indulgent treatments for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own cottage – treatment times are flexible so simply let us know your preferences.

We are happy to book you a table at your favourite restaurant, secure your tickets to the see one of the excellent pre-West End productions at nearby Malvern Theatre, arrange a taxi and even book a babysitter so all you have to do is dress up and celebrate!

There’s so much to see and do nearby and we’ll happily make suggestions to suit your interests. If you prefer to take a guided tour, this can be arranged in a private car with a driver/guide. If a long lazy stroll along the lanes is a little more your style, there are printed circular walks for you to enjoy from your own front door for everyone from beginners to mountaineers!!

If you are planning a lazy night in, pick a bottle of wine from the rack, choose your favourite DVD from our list and we’ll deliver it to your door together with dinner from a range of tasty, frozen gourmet meals.

Can’t be bothered to make the bed or clean up after last night’s dinner? We’ll organise a maid to do the dirty work for you – don’t want to spoil that new manicure do we?

As you leave
If you’ve had a long, lazy weekend, there’s no need to drag yourself out of bed on Sunday for our standard 10.30am departure, book a Twilight Checkout and you can stay until 5.00 and enjoy a late brunch and a whole day with a good book or the Sunday papers – bliss!!

When at last it’s time to leave, there’s a ‘Gold Maid Service’ designed so you can get up and go without a backward glance leaving only the sweetest of memories in your mind. This may be booked at any time up to your departure.
