What is the benefit of adding featured properties to my listing?

Our holidaymaker research has shown that consumers are three times more likely to view the details of a property that is at the top, or near to the top of the search results. If you enhance your listing by adding the featured properties option, you will be guaranteed a position at the top of the search results list and therefore improving your chances of gaining enquiries.

How do featured properties work?

Featured properties on pureholidayhomes.com will automatically appear at the top of every search that is relevant to the property. For example, if there are 345 properties in Spain and someone undertakes a generic search for ‘Spain’ your property will be at the top of the results page.

If a holidaymaker does a more precise search, such as a 4 bedroom villa in August on the Costa del Sol in Spain and your property is one of the 170 that match the criteria, it will again be at the top of the results page.

As a registered owner, how do I sign up for a featured property?

To register your advert for a featured listing, simply:

1. Log in to your account as normal.

2. Click on 'edit details' of the property you would like to add a featured listing to.

3. Skip to the 'preview/publish' section of your property details.

4. On the right hand side of the page under 'Your subscription settings', you will have the option of adding a featured listing.

5. Click on the 'Add "Featured" listing' and follow the few basic steps to activate your new featured property advert!
