A significant percentage of holidaymakers like to book early to coincide with known popular school holiday periods and to take advantage of any potential bargains. Offering a separate search category for these properties, will significantly improve early bookings for property owners.

How does the early bargains section work?

As a property owner, you just need to decide how much of an early booking discount you would like to offer holidaymakers, for which periods and when you would like the offer to start.

The early bargains section of pureholidayhomes.com will then be publicised on our homepage and will operate in the same way as our standard search function, the only difference being the holidaymaker knows every property listed is offering a discount for early season bookings.

As a registered owner, how do I list my advert in the early bargain section?

To register your advert for an early bargain listing, simply:

1. Log in to your account as normal.

2. Click on 'edit details' of the property you would like to add an early bargain to.

3. Skip to the 'preview/publish' section of your property details.

4. On the right hand side of the page under 'Your subscription settings', you will have the option of adding an early bargain.

5. Click on the 'Add "Early" bargain' and follow the few basic steps to activate your new early bargain listing!
