The Hemingway villa is an executive four-bedroom, three-bathroom home with stunning views overlooking the third fairway on the secure gated community of Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. It has been upgraded with the highest quality furnishings.

Some of these furnishings include a fully air conditioned home from home with large flat screen TV and a huge range of cable channels including UK Premiership live football. DVD player; free Wifi, Ipod Docking station and a Wii Console with a variety of games. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with many new appliances.

The west facing swimming pool and deck area has unbeatable views overlooking the award winning golf course and is the perfect spot for unwinding after a busy day golfing or visiting the nearby theme parks.

Located just 20 minute drive from Disney, Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, the property is also a quiet, upmarket golf resort with a 24 hour manned security at the entrance. It also has excellent amenities including three communal swimming pools, a gym, children's play area, two tennis courts, bike paths, an attractive Clubhouse with a bar and a restaurant which is open 7 days a week to visitors for breakfast and lunch. There is also a golf pro shop available within the area.

For added convenience, there is also a 24/7 Wal-Mart Superstore just outside the main gatehouse, with a gas station, bank, restaurants, and many other shops.

The villa is also nearer to both the Gulf & Atlantic coasts as the nearest beach is about an hour's drive. Guests can shop at the many discount malls, selling designer and other goods at a fraction of UK prices. Eating out is very reasonable too with a huge choice of restaurants as these are all within an easy drive and is ideally suited to all parties looking for an excellent holiday home in Orlando.

The Haines City, where the property is mainly located, is only a 17 minute drive from the gates of Disney, Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is one of the most prestigious developments in Orlando. Offering peace of mind, the resort is gated and all the homes have been carefully designed around the fairways of the course which is carefully maintained throughout the year. Onsite, guests will find a clubhouse serving a great breakfast and lunch and dinner.
