The upstairs bedroom is furnished in a romantic French style theme with a double bed and heated with an electric radiator. The down stairs bedroom is centrally heated. Views from this bedroom's French doors into the garden continue across fields and mountains. There is a travel cot available.

This is a good sized bathroom with enough space to be accessed by wheelchair and for romantic couples there is a double ended bath. For less able or elderly guests there are toilet assistance rails and a bath seat on request. This bathroom is centrally heated and towels, bath mat, eco-toilet cleaner, toilet rolls and handsoap are provided.

Fully-fitted and kitted out vintage styled kitchen diner. We think we have thought of everything but suggestions are always welcome! There are 2 extractor fans and a brand new induction hob (with instructions) oven, toaster and kettle. Tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, salt, pepper, oil and balsamic vinegar are available as standard. For guests staying longer than 3 nights, a welcome hamper of bread, butter, cereal, milk, biscuits, soup and a bottle of red or white wine is supplied. Please make your preference known when booking your week!

The dining area is in the kitchen, and the table comfortably seats 6. Two extra chairs are available on request. All cutlery, crockery, tea towels, table cloth and mats are provided. The high chair is used at guests own risk. There is also a portable baby gate which can be used in any of the doorways. The area is centrally heated, light and spacious.

We are lucky to have an impressive, original Welsh Inglenook fireplace which will be made up ready to light, plus a starter pack of kindling, paper and seasoned wood. Extra wood, or coal, can be bought at the local McColls in town.
The room is traditionally furnished in contemporary colours. The floors throughout the ground floor are tiled for ease of cleaning when owners bring pets, and throws are provided in case they jump on the sofas! There is a portable stairgate to keep pets/children off the stairs Please keep your pets off the beds as future guests may have allergies. Thank you.
N.B. the log/coal burner gets EXTREMELY hot, and it is not practical to fit a fire guard so parents will need to supervise children at all times when they are in the living room and the fire is alight.
We always leave a handful of poo bags for any 'calling cards' pets may leave in the garden.
Please follow the country code when walking dogs near sheep, and feel free to ask me for details of sheep free walks!
N.B. We recently lost our fences in the high winds, these should be repaired by the time you book, but please check.

This is a quiet area of outstanding natural beauty and this year in Blaenau we will have the additional attractions of a Velorail, the country's largest zip wire and a professional mountain bike track to add to our already impressive array of local walks and attractions.
