Les Vieux Chalets is a stunning luxury top floor 4 bedroom chalet apartment. The building is clad in old wood to blend into the 15 century surroundings with great views. The chalet is located right by the centre of the 15th Century Village, close to all the restaurants and just 3 minutes walk from the Gondola. Giving you access to a large piste area.
In addition to the piste skiing the area is famous for its fabulous off piste skiing and its mountain touring. For magnificent views just off one the pistes in Grimentz there is a stunning 360 degree panoramic view of the Imperial Crown - five 4000m peaks - Weisshorn, Zinalrothorn, Obergabelhorn, Dent-Blanche and the Matterhorn. The village itself has tiny cobbled streets and in some places they are so narrow that the roofs of the chalets almost touch each other in the middle.

The Val D'Anniviers has a huge array of local attractions and specific areas of interest. It is central to the infamous Haute Route, and in the summer and winter many mountain huts and cabannes can be reached as an overnight stay or as part of a longer trip. The Moiry Dam is a fabulous glacier dam that provides commanding views over the 4,000m peaks and the valley below.

Directions
Geneva is 2 hours drive away. Sierre is located at the base of the Valley floor and is easily accessible by train from Geneva or Zurich. Sierre - 30 minutes. Crans-Montana 50 mins. Sion 45 minutes. All the villages within the Val D'Anniviers are within 30 minutes drive. Grimentz is found at the end of the Val D'Anniviers on your way to Zinal.
