This recently completed luxury apartment is set in the small, typically Alpine village of Grimentz, which nestles towards the end of the beautiful Val d’Anniviers. It boasts beautiful views, a stylish, modern and comfortable interior and a great location, just minutes away from all village amenities including the main cable car – ideal for a fantastic ski holiday by winter or a superb summer holiday walking or cycling.
The apartment has everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. With luxurious underfloor heating throughout, it has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, and a stylish and comfortable lounge with wood stove, TV/DVD, free WiFi internet access and CD/Radio with iPod dock. The bathroom is complete with WC and shower and there is also a separate WC. The two comfortable bedrooms have full storage, low level lighting and views looking up into the village. There is an East facing terrace at the front of the apartment which overlooks a great tobogganing area. It has beautiful views and a lawn which is ideal for lounging or a barbeque during the summer.
There is a parking space in the underground garage, elevator and a heated ski-room at your disposal.
Grimentz itself is an exceptional leisure destination for both winter and summer sports. There are plenty of activities to keep you occupied if you’re looking for an energetic escape, including:

• over 100km of signposted mountain bike routes giving you the opportunity to follow the famous Grand Raid Cristalp race course, which finishes in Grimentz at the end of August and is one of the main events of the summer.

Directions
By car:
From Geneva airport (journey time 2-2.5h) take the E62 motorway initially in the direction of Lausanne, then following signs towards Simplon and Grand St Bernard. From Sion, also take the motorway towards Simplon and Grand St Bernard. When you reach the end of the motorway, take the exit signposted Val d'Anniviers and ascend the mountain, following signs to Grimentz. On arrival in Grimentz continue through the village towards Zinal - the apartment is on the right immediately after the ice rink (winter)/tennis courts (summer).
Key collection is from the local rental agency, Grimentz Location - if you are likely to arrive outside their opening hours, please advise them in advance and they will make the key available to you. To reach Grimentz Location, continue past the apartment and turn right at the Coop supermarket - their office is situated in the row of shops on the right hand side, after Hotel Alpina. The apartment key also gives access to the garage and ski room.

By train/bus:
There is a train service to Sierre/Siders direct from Geneva airport, or Sion railway station, and buses run regularly from Sierre railway station to Grimentz.
