30 foot kitchen with all modern conveniences. 2 x Big fridge freezers, washing machine, dish washer, ovens Eat in kitchen for 8 people, dining room, sitting room.
The house is full of character and has been recently renovated and re decorated to its former splendour. The ground floor has a Drawing room and a Dining room with reclaimed Rhodesian teak parquet flooring.
The kitchen is tiled in Botticino marble.
The Drawing room has luxury triple lined curtains as does the Master Bedroom which provides black out conditions.
Chandeliers are in the main reception rooms downstairs but the house is lit by side lights for ambiance.
There are famous historical 18th and 19th Century paintings on the wall and the house contains quality tasteful antiques from England, Russia and France.
The house is entered via security iron gates that have a key code to unlock.
Ladywell Train station has direct links to Central London Waterloo - Takes 12 minutes
Lewisham Underground - 10 minute walk - DLR access and access to Olympic Games
Greenwich - 12 minutes by bus to the Olympic Event

Stunning house in fantastic location.
The house is located in front of a beautiful park not far from Greenwich. The property has been renovated recently to high standards and it is very spacious.
We hired the house for 2 weeks over Christmas and it was excellent value as it has great connections to the West End and the future olympic sites in Greenwich.
Lovely relaxing and luxurious house
Wow.. We stayed at this house last year and it was gorgeous. Boutique accommodation and extremely comfortable over sized beds. Neutral decoration and beautiful views from all the rooms over a well stocked park!.
Great find and we will be returning this year.
Fantastic house and pure luxury!
Really sunning house. We found this on Pureholiday homes and thought we would have some luxury. We were a group of 4 adults and we wanted a great location. We had a smooth hand over of keys to the house and we were shown around. Lovely firm beds, egyptian cotton linen and super/king size beds...
We went into central London via the train which was a 6 minute walk from the house. There were many busses that went to Dulwich village, Blackheath and Greenwich. All very easy.
All mod cons were in the house from washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves and 2 fridges.
On arrival we had a bottle of wine left for us and we were all made to feel extremely welcome. Thank you..
