The property has wonderful seas views and overlooks the picturesque village of Poros, full of narrow alleys and beautiful traditional houses built on steep wooded slopes and overlooking the attractive Rouda Bay has several minimarkets and several tavernas of good standard, The nearby church of Analipsi has some remarkable icons, including one of the Virgin Mary dating from the 17th century.

The village of Sivota with harbour and waterfront tavernas is also a short drive away, and Vassiliki with windsurfing and kitesurfing is nearby to the west. The busy and cosmopolitan town of Nidri is 11 km down the coast and well worth a visit.
