Description

February Point has 2 beaches, both crescent shaped. The larger one is less than one minute walk from Reverie. There are many islands off the cost within a 5 minute boat ride ideal for exploring and diving. Some have small restaurants on them such as Chat-n-Chill on Stocking Island.

Golf can be arranged through February Point Reception at Emerald Bay Resort Golf course. It is approximately a 30 minute drive from this beautiful 18 hole oceanfront course. There are also putting greens and a practice area.

Great Exuma is an island to escape to. It is unspoilt, relaxed and beautiful. February Point is especially attractive with its jagged rocky shoreline and crescent shaped beaches. You will never see aquamarine water surrounding an island like Exuma. Sandy beaches surround the island as do many small uninhabited islands. Exuma is ideal for lazing, yachting, diving, snorkeling and of course fishing. Bone-fishing is very popular in Exuma due to its shallow water.

There is a small supermarket in Georgetown which is ideally placed to do your grocery shopping. Palm Bay Beach club has a good, friendly restaurant and bar 5 minutes drive from February Point. Boat rental is available from Minns Water Sports in Georgetown. Peace & Plenty Hotel has a simple restaurant in Georgetown. Bonefish Lodge is a 10 minute drive for a fun evening dinner feeding the sharks! Chat-n-Chill restaurant is the yachies favourite beach side restaurant on Stocking island -about 5 minute boat ride from the villa by boat or water taxi from Georgetown. There are banks in Georgetown with cashpoint facilities. You can arrange guided tours by boat through reception at February Point .

Onsite facilities	Reverie has wraparound sheltered verandas around the whole house. It adds up to 2000 feet of sheltered outdoor space. There is a barbecue on the main level outside the kitchen with an outside dining table and chairs to seat 8. The master bedroom has 2 loungers outside on its terrace. The pool level has a contemporary L-shaped lounger that seats 4 with 4 separate loungers also. The 15 x 30 foot private pool is heated with a gazebo an one end to shelter from the midday sun. There is a path leading from the house down to the dock/bathing platform over the water. Balcony, BBQ, Car parking, Outdoor pool, Sun bed 4 car parking spaces

Exuma has a modern airport that receives jets as well as turboprops. Most daily flights come from Miami or Nassau with others coming directly from Fort Lauderdale and Orlando.
