The Old Rectory Cottage is a spacious and comfortably furnished traditional Scottish holiday cottage, which carries a Scottish Tourist Board Four Star Self Catering grading award. The cottage is attractive and well equipped and provides one of the nicest Scottish holiday cottages available for rent in the picturesque Scottish Highland location of Grantown-on-Spey, Scotland."

The holiday cottage benefits from having wheelchair access ramps to both the front and rear entrance doors leading from the private off road parking areas. Internally the flooring is all on one level, with no steps or ramps for guests to have to negotiate and making the whole house easily accessed by wheel chair. The front double bedroom has a ride in en-suite wet room which incorporates a shower area, low level wash hand basin, and w.c.

A Scottish Holiday Cottage Hideaway

The holiday cottage is ideally situated on a large seclude site in the centre of Grantown-on-Spey, and is within an easy five minute stroll of the High Street, and it’s shopping centre and tourist amenities. Grant Park is only a one minute walk from the cottage, and has a children’s recreation play area, a nature pond with its abundance of wildlife, and from where access is gained to the many forest and woodland walks which surround Grantown-on-Spey.

Grantown-on-Spey offers a selection of traditional shops, a supermarket, and leisure facilities. There is no shortage of places to eat and drink locally with a good selection of hotels, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops.

NOTE: Booking Conditions

Old Rectory Cottage is offered as a fully equipped self catering property, that is available to book on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, throughout the year.

Key’s can be collected any time after 16:00 on the day of arrival, and the property is to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Shorter stay’s, and alternate arrival and departure days may be available depending on status of bookings at the time of request.

Prices

Prices start from £565 per week. A deposit of £150 is required to secure the booking.

The balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date.

A security bond of £50 is payable with the balance payment, and is refunded within 14 days of departure, subject to the property being left in good condition and with no damages.

Payment

Our preferred payment method is by either cheque, or direct bank transfer. Other payment methods may be available by request.

Cancellation Policy

Should the booking be cancelled after it has been confirmed and a deposit has been taken, then the deposit is non refundable.

Should a confirmed booking be cancelled within 8 weeks of the arrival date, then the payment in full is non refundable.

Privacy Policy

We do not retain or store any of our customer’s financial details that have been given at the time of taking payment for the booking.
