Located in Gosau valley, in the unspoilt heart of the Dachstein-West ski area, our sunny and spacious studio apartment is the perfect base for couples of all ages to enjoy exhilerating outdoor activities (skiing) or a romantic break - all year round

Our sunny apartment is high up on the 3rd floor, is south-west facing and boasts extensive views down the spectacular Gosau valley to the massive Dachstein mountain nearby, and over meadows to the ski slopes.

* There is an Apartment Cleaning charge of €35, which is payable locally, at Reception
And an optional charge for bed-linen (of €9 per bed), and for towels (€6 a set per person), if required or bring your own.
Guests also must pay a Tourist Tax of approx €1.30 per adult per day, at Reception.
* Lighting, Heating and Hot Water: included.
* All the above, and use of the Boot Room and Ski Locker, are included in the rental.
* The hotel facilities: Available to guests and charged.
* Dining in the hotel is an option as long as guests inform the Reception/Dining Room in advance. Guests will pay a special discounted rate for their meals and should pay afterwards. Half-Board is an option in winter - ask us for details.
* Guests are allowed free use of the small indoor swimming pool, mixed sauna, sun beds and games room. Other facilities incur a charge.
* Guests should wear a robe over bathing suits on way to the pool, and your own towels should be used.

In the low season (Spring and Autumn/Fall) the hotel, where our apartment is located, sometimes closes, eg April and November, so we cannot operate holiday lets at those times. If you are not sure of anything please email us!

* The large apartment room has two single beds with bedside drawer units and reading lamps. There is a large wardrobe with hanging space and internal shelves. At the balcony end of the room is the lounge area. Here two comfortable sofas (one can be used as a sofa-bed for a child), two small coffee tables and a standard lamp with dimmer to compliment the lounge area. A television with built in DVD player and a CD player are there for our guests use. (Please bring you own DVDs and CDs, although there are some already there for our guests' use). A large sideboard with cupboards and drawers provide a useful place to keep items. Inside the sideboard is a good supply of brochures and leaflets giving information on what there is to do in the area. A dining table and two cushioned dining chairs complete the living area of the room. The balcony has three chairs, a table and a washing airer - and a splendid view!
* 2 single beds can be joined to make a double.

Please note that our guests may eat in the hotel restaurant anytime, with advance notice, as the Owners guests, and they will also benefit from special prices - €22 for a 3-course dinner, for example . That's great value!

The hotel facilities change with the seasons: ski boot locker and ski rack + practice ski slope, for example, in winter. Bike hire, hiking tours, etc in summer. Our guests have free use of the pool and sauna, but may use the other facilities when available at a charge.
