In addition to golf (27 hole course in the town with a driving range and putting green plus four other courses within a short drive), you will find excursions, tennis, bowls on the Internationally renowned bowling green at the Winter Garden complex next door (shoe & bowls hire available), crazy golf, horse riding, pool and snooker, diving, live music etc in the local area. The coast path offers a pleasant walk. Excursions to see whales and dolphins are a must, the whales are there all year round. The lively resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Christianos are only a 15 minute drive away as is the windsurfing centre at El Medano. The villages of Tenerife are ripe for exploring and El Teide and Las Cañadas national park can be explored by car, coach or on foot. The San Blas commercial centre in Golf del Sur offers bars and restaurants, shops, a larger supermarket, bank, car hire, excursions, doctor, dentist, pharmacy and church.
The apartment has a west facing private balcony which looks out over open ground and captures the afternoon and evening sun. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay for four persons. Parque Albatros is on the edge of the town of Golf del Sur, which has been thoughtfully built around a 27-hole golf course of the same name. The course is open to visitors. Facilities in the complex include: the pool, children' pool, shaded children' play area, two bars, snack bar and restaurant, small convenience store, car hire offices, launderette, currency exchange, excursions. Within a short walk are several other larger supermarket type stores catering for most holiday requirements as well as additional bars and restaurants. Further facilities are available throughout the resort as most hotels and complexes have restaurants, bars, pools and facilities that are open to all.
