Our team is always on hand to help and advise on all matters, from trips and excursions, where to buy things, medical or anything that needs dealing with! We have made a booklet with things to do/see/and visit whilst in Goa. Just let us know and we will do our best to help.

NOTE: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Once 50% of the payment is completed there will be no changes in the rates. We can cater from 4-10 people, The rates mentioned are for 4 people, please contact us for the rates for larer parties. 50% of the rental fee is required to confirm the booking. A security of deposit of INR10,000 cash is taken against breakages & is refundable as long as the villa is returned in the same condition in which it was given.
Please note that there is no charge for children under 5 years old. Children aged between 6-11 will be charged INR 600 per person per day when sharing a room with parents as no extra bed will provided. If children require an extra bed then an extra room will be charged. Please specify the ages of children at time of travel. Proof of age of children is required whilst booking to avail discount.
The minimum stay between 15 Dec 2010 -14 Jan 2011 is 1 week. Stays less than a week will be charged the weekly rate

The whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The garden is very pretty and well tended to. The villa has a large terrace where you can sit out and soak up the sun. All the bedroom have a balcony with seating. In addition bedroom one has an additional large gallery. there are also sun-loungers in the garden where you can sun bathe whilst sipping a cold refreshing beer. Directions
Dabolim (at present the only airport in Goa) is some 45 minutes from our villa by taxi - pick-up can be arranged (a driver standing with your name on a board immediately as you leave the arrivals hall). Just confirm airport pick-up when booking. Alternatively, just pick up one of the readily available taxis at the airport and tell them to head straight to Holiday street in Calangute.

We really enjoyed ourselves at your villa. Pria was great, she was helpful and kept the place clean. We all hope to visit again some day and we will definitely stay here. Comfortable Villa
Dexter and Leayana the owner of the villa were very promt right from the begning when we were enquiring about the villa. The villa was as they had promised clean, tidy and with all the aminities necessary for the stay. Our fridge was stocked with basic food required, the kitchen was well equipped with all the essential equipments. The villa was being cleaned on a daily basis.The villa itself is a huge place just 5 minutes away from the beach as well as very close to the market for shopping. We were 7 girls in a villa so i can say from my expirience its a very safe place and gives a homely touch to the entire expirience. Thanks guys for making our visit so comfortble & All the best!!!
Excellent villa, great communication&lovely people
From the initial enquiries about availability until our arrival Dexter and Leayana could not have been more helpful. Communication was really friendly and amazingly prompt. The villa itself is lovely - clean, nicely furnished and well kept. Each day the villa was cleaned and tidied for us, and towels and bedlinen was changed twice a week. Our fridge was stocked with drinks, bread, butter and eggs, which was a lovely touch. We were actualy quite sorry to leave. I have stayed at hotels in the same area, and the villa far-outperforms them in terms of facilities, cleanliness and staff. We shall be making a booking for the same villa again, with no hesitation whatsoever. Thank you to Dexter, Leayana and Catherine.

Great stay
Hallo Leayana and Dexter, Thank your for all the support you give us, during our 14 day stay in March 2010 in your villa. The house ist great. Everything is like you promise in the net. We can recommend your house to all travellers to Goa. It is quiet and if you wish to make party, just walk a few minutes and you find the party. Amazing stay, luxerious villa & friendly owners!!
It was indeed a vert comfortable stay for us here. And quite luxerious too. We would love to come back here again. Also, we would be glad to recommend this place to our friends. The surprise package of eggs, beer, milk and other grocery items came handy. Moveover, we all loved the deco inside the house. Hoping to continue the association with you. Villa is wonderful
Villa is wonderful and its very comfortable, as we stayed here for 4 days but the facilities that you provided is splendid. Location of villa is wonderful as its very near to the beach and we felt it completely as our own house. Thanks for all the support.

Villa Calangute is in a lovely quiet location
Villa Calangute is in a lovely quiet location, close to the beach. The villa was kept clean. There was planty of room. We would defiantly come back

The Villa was Clean, an important issue with us.
We would like to have internet access in the villa (at a cost of course),
However, we were aware of this not being available on making the booking.
