30 Bell St, St Andrews is a main door, three bedroom flat that will suit a family of six persons. 800 metres from Old Course and close to shops and restaurants.

The flat has a main door entry from Bell St with hall and cupboard on the ground floor with room for bikes, golf clubs etc. Stairs lead to the first floor with:

The flat has secondary glazing throughout and gas central heating/hot water system.
Parking
You can park on Bell St but during the day using prepaid vouchers. In the evening parking is free. St Andrews is very busy in the summer but there are plenty of public car parks within a few minutes walk of the flat.
