The Hayloft has two bedrooms comfortably sleep four guests. The cottage enjoys beautiful views with amazing sunsets over distant hills.

Originally built to house the Clydesdale horses that was used to ‘power’ the farm, with the hay loft above. It now provides the following:- private garden with patio area and table and chairs for lazy lunches and barbecue’s offering beautiful views with amazing sunsets over the distant hills.

The ground floor accommodation provides a cloakroom and area for outdoor clothing situated off the porch. The main living area is spacious with focal-point wood-burning stove which will be laid and ready for lighting when you arrive. It has a digital DVD/TV with free view, and selection of DVD’s, comfortable sofas. There is also a separate fully equipped modern kitchen / dining room with dishwasher and washing machine for ease. We provide a children’s' toy basket.

On the first floor the bathroom is now built into the original hayloft opening with a thermostatically controlled shower over the bath for your convenience, the heated towel rail provides warm dry towels whatever the weather. The master bedroom has ample storage, hair dryer and a digital DVD/TV with free view. The second bedroom also has good storage, hair dryer, and can be set-up as either a twin room or a second double room (zip-link mattress, so no ‘roll together’) if required for two couples sharing.
