Finished by an interior designer, this historic cottage really has the “Wow” factor providing the ideal retreat for the foot weary sightsee-ers and golfers to relax in front of a roaring fire with a dram in hand.
A leisurely stroll takes you to Robert Burns’ Cottage, Alloway Auld Kirk and the Brig O’Doon with a choice of award winning restaurants, village shops, Belleisle golf course and the beach.
Lounge Dining Room
This atmospheric room is large enough to hold your very own ceilidh! It is furnished in natural materials using leather, slate and rich deep wood with cosy rugs and a roaring fire. It also has a digital TV, DVD, wireless broadband and telephone.
Bedroom 1
This is a large double or twin bedded room with garden views complete with adjustable zip and link style superking (6 feet wide) or two standard (3 feet wide) beds. It has a beautiful rustic wardrobe and chest of drawers and stylish fully tiled en suite shower room with basin and toilet.

Large twin bedroom offering two single beds and plenty of wardrobe space.
Kitchen
The stunning breakfasting kitchen is equipped with many labour saving appliances including dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, and cooker/oven. It also has a separate utility room with washer/dryer and freezer. This is useful for airing clothes and offers secure storage of golf equipment.
Bathroom
The stylish bathroom has a corner bath with shower attachment, basin, toilet and a selection of toiletries.
Exterior
The secure courtyard style garden provides a haven of flowers and foliage and the perfect place on sunny days and balmy evenings for relaxing and recounting the day’s events. There is also off road car parking for 2 vehicles.

• All gas and electricity costs are included for holiday rentals. Utilities charged as used for long stay/winter lets.
• Linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly for rentals of 1 week or more.
• For Holiday Lets telephone calls are charged at cost and an honesty box is provided.
• A complimentary welcome pack, which includes, tea, coffee, milk and bread will be waiting on your arrival.
