Description
This property offers a large amount of space and a good level of service with excellent facilities. A cook, chef, and/or butler can be hired at additional cost if required. However, the local restaurants are excellent, and the barbecue area is ideal for cooking and enjoying freshly-caught local fish or excellent meat available from a range of suppliers. This will be a truly relaxing holiday which ticks all the boxes.
The Coral House is situated just 300m from Gibbs Beach, on the famous Platinum Coast where most of the island's best restaurants, bars and beaches are located. It is a 10 minute drive from Holetown, where a shopping mall and 'Chattel village' are located. Two mins from the house is the local fish market, where fresh tuna, mahi-mahi, barracuda, red snapper, kingfish and marlin are obtainable. Golf, tennis, snorkeling, diving, water-skiing, jet-skiing, are all within easy reach.

Coral House - Turquoise Water!
A perfect house for our introduction to Barbados! My husband and i stayed with our two teenage daughters for a week. The rooms are lovely, the pool and deck are well sized for swimming and lounging, and the beach is one of the most beautiful i have ever seen. If you like turquoise water, you'll love Gibbs beach. One can walk all the way north to Speightstown - there's a fun beach bar/restaurant on the way in mullins bay. Barbados also has some great restaurants to choose from - it even has its own Zagat listing! We look forward to going back.
Coral House
We spent two very relaxing weeks in this lovely property. The house is very spacious, extremely well appointed and perfect for the ideal holiday. Our 2 year old son particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and large garden surrounding the property, while we made full use of its perfect location: 5 mins walk to Gibbs Beach, short driving distances to a number of very good restaurants & the very quiet and peaceful setting while being less then 10mins from either Holetown and Speightstown.
Donna, the caretaker, is a real gem and was wonderful putting up with our little one Nothing is too much effort for her and she made us feel very at home, kept the house & our rooms perfectly clean and took care of our every desire. The managing agents were very responsive and on hand from the beginning should we require any local information, arranging a babysitter for us and organizing a snorkeling trip to see the Turtles. It was home away from home for all of us and we felt very fortunate to have made it there despite Iceland’s volcanic ash trying to mess up our plans! Many thanks to the owners for letting us share their piece of paradise.
Very comfortable house
We spent 10 days at the Coral house at the end of April 2010. We really enjoyed the house : it is just the right size, very comfortable, well appointed. The outside space is great, spacious. Gibbs beach is a stone throw away and worderful. Donna was very attentive and efficient. The house is close to the best restaurants on the island and several golf courses. The managing agent could not do enough for us. We had a wonderful time.
