The spectacular house with breathtaking heavenly views is situated on the renowned Knysna with a very secure and environment friendly estate. It offers picturesque views of Pezula Golf Course and the Indian Ocean. It is also just within a few minutes walk to the clubhouse and the ever famous Pezula Hotel and Spa.
The house is also at the heart of Garden route which is one of the most scenic regions in the world with lakes and local attractions. Garden route is also known for hosting top golf courses in South Africa namely Pezula, Simola, George, Fancourt and Plettenburg which are all within or less than an hour drive.
Aside from golf courses, Knysna also offers numerous beaches in close proximity which are Plettenberg Bay, the Knysna forest and Outeniqua mountains.
The house is also near all the facilities and amenities like shopping centres, cafes, restaurants, and bars which offers a wide array of foods and drinks to choose from for the guests. Plus there is a small shop at the edge of the town but is just within a five minute drive from the house where guests can buy whatever it is that they need.
