The new three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse is set on a small complex boasting four pools. It is well equipped with oven, four plate hob, large fridge/freezer, and washing machine plus new modern furniture and spacious private roof terrace.
The property is perfect for families as it is located close to water park, crazy golf, playground shops and restaurants. It is also within walking distance to main street and is only 10 minutes walk to the stunning beaches and sand dunes.
Upon arrival, all guests are supplied with a complimentary welcome pack. With a very spacious townhouse, its is furnished to high standard and is set on a fantastic location suitable for families/couples. There are ceiling fans in all rooms plus key safe and room safe. No smoking requested in the property or pets. Evidence of either will be considered as a breach of contract and the breakage deposit forfeited.
The complex is wheelchair friendly with ramps to the pools. The townhouse ground floor is wheelchair accessible, with the ground floor bedroom suitable for wheelchair user. This amazing Arabic styled complex has four pools, two shallow for children plus two adult pools. It is also complete with poolside showers with beautiful tended gardens.
The townhouse is also within 10 mins walking distance to the flagged beaches with numerous water sports. There is also a golf course about 30 mins away at Caleta De Fuste. For the travellers, there are plenty of taxis available at all times. Journeys to/from town are approx 3 euros. And for shoppers, the market is open every Monday and Friday morning and is just 5 mins walk away.
