Although it is on the 1st floor, the building can cater for people with mobility problems. There is a ramp from the front entrance to the lift, and once on the 1st floor, the apartment is easily accessible. Outside, there is a private and secure parking space at the rear of the building.
The apartment is a short 3 minute walk to the wonderful sandy beaches at Frejus Plage. The beach stretches for 1 mile in both directions toward Port Frejus and to St. Raphael in the opposite direction.
All along the beach road are shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, banks, chemist, supermarket etc. There really is no need for a car if you want to have a complete break from your hectic life back home.
Golfe Roquebrune is just 8 kms away. Skiing at Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg will take 2 hrs 15 min drive. Aqualand waterpark in Frejus is just 2km. St Raphael train station is 2km. Base Nature is just 1km away with free skate park with skate board ramps and jumps, cycling lanes, skating circuit. Cycle hire available.
