Our family fortnight at l'Hamel Riche was great fun. The gite is roomy, comfortable and homey - there are lots of books and DVD's to borrow. The kitchen was well kitted out with pretty much everything you need. The garden was fine for the kids to play in and for barbeques. \nWe were within reach of plenty of holiday distractions, from Mont St Michel to Bayeux, a good beach to a zoo with lovely gardens, D-Day landing sites to super French markets, villages specialising in copper wares or garden pottery. We didn't even manage to attend the local festival, there was too much to see!
