A comfortable home from which to explore this beautiful area, It is conveniently placed for Bus & Rail links, & has shops/ supermarket/ playing fields, duck ponds and walks close by. The Royal Inn pub/restaurant is just on the corner (accessed on Eastcliffe Rd), a great place for an evening drink & good meal. Walk to the beach, hop on a bus to Fowey or visit the Eden project & Lost gardens of Heligan.
