Description

The Santa Maria complex offers the largest swimming pool on the island, two hot tubs, three bar-b-q areas, mantatee viewing deck and boat marina (use of dock also available upon request). There are boat and pontoon hire facilities available at Fish Tail Marina next door to Santa Maria. FMB is close to Sanibell Island and Naples. Locally there is Lovers Key State Park and it is also close to the large shopping malls of Miromar and Tanger Outlets. FMB is also only 30 minutes from South West Florida international Airport. The condo has recently been upgraded with wood flooring throughout. it is fully equipped with all bed linen, towels and beach and pool towels. FMB is approximately 3 hours from Orlando theme parks and 2 1/2 hours from Tampa.

The condo is located across the road from the 7 mile sandy beach with a lagoon for excellent fishing and bird watching, Lovers Key State Park with cycling tracks, guided tours and unspoilt empty beaches, 5 minutes drive. Boat and kayak hire available locally. Dock hire available with condo upon request. Golf course next door to Santa Maria Resort. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. 2 Shopping malls and 2 outlet centres within 20-30 minutes drive. Visit Key West on daily Key West Express boat trip - 3 hours one way. Orlando theme parks are 3 hours drive away. Everglades and air boat rides within driving distance. Sanibel island, Bonita Beach and Naples nearby.

The condo has free Wifi internet access.
