Master bedroom has queen size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet/drawers, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV , DVD, radio, telephone. Leads onto balcony with a pair of plantation chairs for the sea views and amazing sunsets. The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinet/drawer unit, air conditioning, ceiling fan. Can be configured as two singles or one double bed - please advise when booking.
For your convenience there are key less operated safes in each of the bedrooms.

The tiled family bathroom is located on the upper floor between the bedrooms. A white suite consists of a bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and toilet. There is a power point, shaver socket and hair dryer. Downstairs is the 'powder room' with a toilet and vanity unit. There is a further shower located by the swimming pool. A supply of bath, hand and beach towels is included in the price.

A modern 'home from home' kitchen is available for your use with granite counter tops and steel sink with a tap with a removable spray hose. Also available for your use are an iron and ironing board. Cool boxes and ice packs are there for your use as are the deck chairs and sun loungers - may be taken to the beach.

Round glass table can seat six, but we only have four chairs, so you are able to spread out at breakfast, lunch or dinner times. There are various place mats supplies of china and glassware together with plastic ware for picnics or use around the pool

The whole ground floor is open plan with a granite breakfast bar dividing the kitchen from the dining and lounge areas. The lounge is furnished with wicker style three seater and two seater sofas plus a matching armchair. There is a central coffee table and additional nest of tables. Beneath the console table is a library of DVD's that can be played on the combined TV DVD player. There is also a boom box with Ipod dock facility. Wall mounted telephone - free calls outgoing within Barbados and no charge to receive international calls. . Broadband internet (wired) is connected so bring along your computer.

The houses are situated in landscaped tropical gardens regularly maintained. The pool is also professionally cleaned. The pathways are illuminated at night so the area is relatively safe. For your peace of mind our villa is alarmed and has security bars on the doors. This enables you to leave the doors open to let in the West Coast cooling breeze an option to being closed in with the air conditioning on.

We want you to be at home so every facility is provided for you at no extra cost. For those staying two weeks a clean mid way is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning can be arranged locally with our manager Monica and is paid to her on site if requested, There is an 'off street' car parking space for your hire a car. The local neighbours are very friendly.
