With a lovely view of the village of Fitou, the Le Domaine des Capitelles apartment has 3 Bedrooms, a Lounge and Dining area and is set amoungst Vineyards. Perfect for day visits to Carcassone and Narbonne and more, all within easy reach by car.
The area, in which the property is located, is served by many attractions, all within easy travelling distance from Fitou. One example is the Medieval Walled City & World Heritage Site of Carcassone which is only 45 minutes drive from Fitou. The towns of Narbonne & Perpignan are also conveniently situated nearby while Perpignan has an excellent choice and variety of Restaurants. The popular Sunday Market in Narbonne as always a big attraction.
For the Sports enthusiats, two Rugby teams play in both Towns which is perfect spot to visit as well.
The nearest main town from Fitou is Leucate, which is only a 10 minute drive away.
Leucate has numerous good valued restaurants, large and beautiful beach areas where guests can do watersports such as windsurfing, cycle hire at Port Leucate, visit a Waterpark at Port Barcares and shop at the Supermarket Facilities within the area. There is also a recently built 27 hole Golf Course at St Cyprian which can be reached within half an hour drive away.
Horse Riding is also available near La Franqui and Leucate.
The area of Fitou and its delightful village has numerous attractions available for all age groups. The Village has Four excellent restaurants, many Wine Tasting stations and a well stocked supermarket available, as mentioned above. The area is also perfect for Walkers and Bikers with planned routes available from the Local Tourist Office, which is located in the Town Halls of Fitou and Leucate.
For guests who would prefer staying in the property, they may please themselves with the two large shared swimming pools and a child's pool, all avaialble for only the residents of the estate. The pools are open from April to October, with one heated, except in July and August. There is also a spacious terrace with recliners in this area for sun bathers.
