Set on a hillside in the Vale Judeu area, this stunning newly built luxurious house commands spectacular southerly views towards the sea. The house can sleep up to fourteen and is surrounded on three sides by terraces, with an infinity pool at the centre dropping down to the lawn below.
The house has a well established and mature garden floodlit by night and contains lemon and lime trees together with many other interesting plants and trees.
There are two separate entrances with electric gates on each to provide added security. At the front of the house there is a covered terraced area which has a dining table and separate sitting area while throughout the house there is a real feeling of space and light thanks to the French windows which line the walls.
The sitting room and master bedroom occupy opposite wings of the house both having access onto the terraces. There are three additional bedrooms on the ground floor all leading off the main hall which is a double and twin sharing a bathroom which works well for families with younger children. On the lower ground floor there are a further three twin bedrooms as well as a large playroom equipped with a plasma television.
The whole house is fitted with double-glazed windows and has under floor heating for colder times.
Outside, there is an astro-turf tennis court and a covered parking area for three cars. This newly built court is located to the rear of the house and has a high practice wall. Also found outside is a spectacular infinity pool floodlit by night as well as magnificent views from the poolside and surrounded by high quality sun loungers. Located close to swimming pool is a covered dining area close to pool area with a large table and chairs to seat up to twenty people.
This house is located only ten minutes away from the wonderful and well known sandy beaches of the Algarve and a fine selection of good beach restaurants. Within the immediate area are four world renowned golf courses including Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo, Vila Sol and Quinta do Lago plus numerous golf shops. Six kilometers away there are an abundance of exceptionally fine and most enjoyable restaurants and a variety of good shops.
