It is completed in the year two thousand ten. It is a self catering two bed apartment on the Mythical Sands Resort. It is located only three hundred meters from the center of Kapparis offering year round facilities and large selection of restaurants, coffee bars and supermarkets. Within seven minutes guests can reach three beaches including the famous Firemans Beach, Malama Beach- which has a good offering of water sports is less than five minutes walk. The coastal path offers superb walks and opportunity to explore the beautiful coastline and hidden coves including parts of Cyprus' nature reserves. The popular resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras are within a ten minute drive or bus ride, visit the fantastic water park at Ayia Napa for a real fun family day out or enjoy a day on the beautiful Fig Tree Bay beach at Protaras.
If guests are looking to just chill, then enjoy the large private veranda, communal pool and the quiet trendy coffee bars or the sedate and attractive town of Paralimni which offers shopping and quiet restaurants
