This is a home from home, making it an ideal base for those who love messing about in boats, walking or just relaxing. The 13th Century Pandora Inn is only 100 yards from the cottage, with the village of Mylor Bridge just up and over the hill, which offers a good selection of small shops. At Mylor Yacht Harbour just a short drive away there is a good seafood restaurant, a wine bar and excellent water sport facilities along with boat hire and sailing school.
The cottage is perfectly placed for all that Cornwall has to offer, from the magnificent coastline and beaches, glorious gardens, along with the castles, museums all to explore. The outer front door opens directly into the spacious conservatory.
Once inside the cottage to the left is the kitchen/dining room/day room. The fully equipped kitchen is to the rear of the cottage with a double oven electric stove, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A large refectory dining table, along with a comfortable sitting area, with colour television, video and DVD and with a large collection of games. Access from the dining area to the private sunny courtyard garden with patio furniture to the rear of the cottage, which also has an enclosed dog compound. Across the hall is the main sitting room with an open fire place, colour television and DVD player. At the back of the cottage is the utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, toilet and wash hand basin.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms all of which look out over the creek, with two single bedrooms to the rear, one with a cot. There are two family bathrooms, both having a bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin. There is enclosed sunny garden to the front of the cottage, with patio furniture, an ideal place for evening BBQs.
