Description
The cottage adjoins a private shingle beach, appropriate for launching small boats, by prior permission. Deep water mooring is also available. The 13th century Pandora Inn (lunches, dinners) is reached by a short walk along the Creekside footpath. Access involves crossing a tidal beach, over which unusually high tides can limit passage by car for short periods. The pathway from the garage crosses a sunny, sloping garden to a flat lawn area in front of the cottage - ideal for evening meals and barbecues.
A porch leads to the main sitting room with open fire, television and video and Sky. Stairs lead to the first floor. On the ground floor is a second sitting room - CD stereo, a small study, large kitchen/dining room with built in fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave, with French windows to the garden. A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer along with a separate cloakroom.
Upstairs, all four bedrooms have beautiful views over the water. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom contains a bath and wash basin, across the corridor is a shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. There is a separate toilet with a wash hand basin. Of the three remaining bedrooms, one has a double bed with wash hand basin, the others have twin beds - one with a wash hand basin.
