The cottage dwells in an extremely serene position at the end of a private lane. Access involves crossing a tidal beach, over which unusually high tides can limit passage by car for short periods. Footpath access available at all times.
The property boasts panoramic views over the creek and across the Carrick Roads. There is a small garden to the front of the cottage with parking 20 yards away. The 13th century Pandora Inn is reached by a short walk along the creekside footpath.
On the ground floor is a very well equipped fitted kitchen with built in hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, dining area, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, back door leading to an outside toilet. Stairs lead to the lounge with open fireplace, television, video and CD stereo.
